Racing company uses a modified time share concept where drivers own a a share of the company and therefore access to a race car.   The cost of admission funds the acquisition of cars and a repair/maintenance fund for the cars..  The founding members fund the cars and subsequent racing members buy down the founding members.  Every time a car is used, members are charged and the repair and maintenance fund (about $250 an hour) is replenished.   Working on an insurance program with a $10,000 deductible
